- For liquefaction chocolate heaters can also be used (e.g. bain-marie type)
Store cocoa powder in its intact packaging at 12-18°C and RH<75%, for 18 months for dark and 12 months for milk and white drops.
Store in a dry, ventilated area, free from foreign odours and away from heat sources.
